Mail discontinued in whole neighborhood because of one dog

The US Postal Service vows to deliver mail through rain and snow. But dogs are a different story.

The post office claims they tried to address Douglas Paschal numerous times because of complaints made against him and his dog, Duke. They accused Duke the dog of attacking mail carriers over the past year. To prove their bark isn’t worse than their bite, the post office completely cut off mail delivery to the 3900 block of Spring Meadows and the 9400 block of Springmont.

Every dog has his day, and Douglas will soon have his day in court.
