Gator attacks 75-year-old on golf course

A 75-year-old man was attacked by an alligator at the Lake Ashton Golf and Country Club in Florida. The 190 pound, 9-foot gator bit Albert Miller while the golfer was getting his ball out of the water hazard at the 15th hole.

The gator chomped down on Miller’s left knee and began to drag him down into the water. The golfer was up to his waist in water when the giant reptile decided to let him go.

It took 35 to 40 stitches to sew Miller’s knee back up again. As for the gator, he was eventually caught and killed.
