Who needs a wrecking ball when you can use a tank

Americans love the art of demolition. We’ll use whatever it takes … dynamite, a wrecking ball, a backhoe or even a tank. Yes, a tank!

At least that’s what the folks in Kasota, Minn., used to demolish a house.

Call it a military makeover. The owners of a 150-year-old house wanted their crib to go out with a bang, so they called in their neighbors at Drive a Tank to do the dirty work, or, as some would say, the fun stuff.

One spectator called it, “The greatest thing in the world.” It took the British armored personnel carrier 4 passes and 25 minutes to destroy the mid 1800s homestead. All agree it was spectacular.
