Feeling stressed out? Turn off email

Don’t you just love that electronic leash? You know the one you can’t break out of sheer fear?

If you are sick and tired of electronics ruling your life, tell your boss his constant communication could make you have a heart attack.

No joke!

A study by researchers at the University of California Irvine, found that taking away email, helps workers focus a lot more!

A little email vacation on the job could give you a lot more mileage…you know reducing stress. Even changing your heart rate.

For the study, heart rate monitors were attached to workers.

The more they looked at the digital screen, the higher their heart rate.

So take that corporate America!!!

On second thought, if you want to keep your job maybe you better find another way to de-stress — emails don’t seem like they’re going away any time soon.
