Police charge man in Picasso vandalism‎

Picasso’s art is timeless.

It was only a matter of time someone figured out what low-life tried to destroy a Picasso painting at Houston’s Menil Collection.

HPD thinks it was 22-year-old Uriel Landeros.

Not sure what he was thinking when he allegedly made his mark on the “Woman in a Red Armchair”.

Now he’s caught red handed after someone recorded the entire blatant act of disrespect.

It didn’t take long for someone to call a tip in to Crimestoppers.

Landeros is charged with criminal mischief and felony graffiti.

Graffiti? I think some true graffiti artists out there would be ashamed.

His “work” is a gold spray painted bull with the word “conquista”.

Maybe he can work on his “art” behind bars.

Cops are still looking for Landeros.

Perhaps he’s off running with the bulls.
